Wendy, Marty,
While you are refining the proposal engine, I wanted to share another workflow I have been developing that sits right next to the work we are already doing together.
It is a production process for modernizing complicated WordPress sites without losing the content and knowledge already built. I tested it on Motioneer.ca: a complex WordPress site with a dozen plugins, four video sections, animations, transitions, and interconnected content.
The entire run took three hours.
- Planning and goal setting: 30 minutes
- Collecting the content and downloading the complete site structure: 15 minutes
- Building a new, agent-ready content framework: 30 minutes
- Refining the design and meeting performance benchmarks: 105 minutes
The workflow kept the relationships inside the existing content intact, then restructured everything into a knowledge base that AI agents can access and understand more easily. From there I rebuilt the website around that framework and refined design, performance, accessibility, SEO, and best practices.
The result is a fast site for people, with a content structure designed for the agentic web.

What this opens for RedRhino
The same pattern applies beyond a single client website. It is a way to revise internal workflows: capture what the team already knows, structure it so agents and people can use it, then rebuild the delivery systems around that foundation.
Where Transmitter can cover more under one relationship
I also noticed RedRhino is looking for several roles at once. That is usually a sign the agency needs more delivery capacity across a few lanes, not three separate vendors. Transmitter can absorb a meaningful share of that under one working relationship:
- WordPress modernization into an AI agent-ready knowledge base, with high-performing theme reconstruction plus performance, accessibility, best practices, and SEO
- A simple client content intake surface. Not a CMS. Non-technical clients upload unformatted content; agents use recipes your team defines to prepare it for ads, social, and web, in one place
- Custom Shopify theming tools for client storefront work
- Referral rails for agents with wallets to find, assess, pay for, and build with, when that growth loop is useful
Why expand now
You already have Transmitter inside the proposal engine. Expanding into internal workflow revision means one partner who understands the current project, can modernize heavy WordPress properties, and can stand up the content and production systems around the work RedRhino already sells.
Where this could start
Pick one internal workflow or one WordPress property where structure, speed, and agent-ready content would create immediate leverage. We prove the fit there, then decide what else makes sense to pull under the same relationship.
